All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. F.A.Q.
Q: The box I received my shoes in was dented. Could I receive a new pair with a box?
A: While we strive to offer the highest quality service and packaging, there are some situations that are beyond our control. It is likely that the box was dented during transition, which is something we cannot fix. If you would like to receive a new pair of shoes with packaging, we encourage you to return the shoes within 15 days of receipt for a web credit, minus the shipping charges, when accompanied with the original sales receipt. From here, you can re-order the shoes and receive a new shipment. Please visit our customer service section for more details on how to return items and apply for web credit.
Q: Can I just exchange the size instead of returning and re-ordering?
A: we do not accept exchanges. However, to facilitate the return process, we do offer web credit. You can simply return the item and purchase a new one without having to debit/credit your card and re-enter your information. Q: Can I add something to my order?
A: If you wish to add merchandise to your order after the order is placed, you must place a new order for the additional merchandise. Unfortunately we cannot combine orders after an order has been placed.

RETURN POLICY
Feminine & Masculine wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days from date of original purchase and must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Slip. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Sale merchandise is returnable for web credit only. Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All tags, including the price tag and the “Do Not Remove” tag, must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper that allows you to track it. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed or your web credit code to be issued.
RETURNS PROCEDURE

- • A Return Authorization Slip must be obtained before returning any items. No refunds or web credits will be given on items returned without a Return Authorization Number.Ship return items to address on Return Authorization Slip.
- • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.
Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper, Feminine & Masculine is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery
due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Feminine & Masculine does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event
that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements
at Feminine & Masculine’s sole discretion. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately.
